21 Oct

Zara have rolled out the camouflage trend this season and I am loving this shirt.

I will be going back for another look at the blouse and a pair of black coated jeans.. they also go soo well with the point black heels also from Zara

There’s also a pair of black coated jeans at KM that I have my eye on.

Maxi Skirt Split

21 Oct

Maxi Skirts with a twist this season are styled with a side split, splits on each side, wrap style or with a hi low style.

Here’s a few of my favs this season and upcoming holiday!

Orange & Black

14 Oct

October brings with it a vibrancy of colour and Autumn hues, I noticed this dress a few days ago whilst browsing in H&M for work outfits. I love the brightness and it fits very well perfect for work and post work drinks/dinner with friends.

The dress is also available in a Burgundy colourway below.

Add a fitted Black Blazer such as this one from H&M…

Add some heels such as these colourblock heels from Zara or for a touch of colour the carnival loubies

Classic Monochrome

14 Oct

I’ve been looking to update my work wear this season and add some classic monochrome black and white separates.

I usual shop in Zara for work suits but wanted a change. H&M never fails to deliver on work wear with a twist or in trend key separates as an alternative to Zara.

My eye caught a Monochrome straight dress in a textured fabric with glittery threads in the weave, with satin in a contrasting colour at the hem and a visible zip on one side of the hem.

I paired it with a fitted black blazer also from H&M.

As I was leaving I noticed a fitted dress which would go perfectly with the black blazer in a red/orangey hue..more details on my next post!

Blue and Teal

13 Oct

Initially I thought this Karen Millen dress would look too long on me. This season it’s available in royal blue and a zesty teal colourway.

In the summer it was available in a bright orange which the SA styled with lots of jewellery in a contrasting colour.

I love the ruching on the front and gathering effect in the detailing on the back.
Here’s a close up of the back with a concealed zip

Both colourways are on my wishlist this season.

Bodycon and Stripes

13 Oct

I’ve rediscovered my love for all things bodycon and bandage stripes!

However I am yet to find the perfect black bandage above knee skirt. Most of the time the length is far too long on me.

Here are some of my favourites:
